One Piece Leader Cards

What L means

Leader is not a pull rarity in the usual sense. It is the code Bandai prints on Leader cards, the single card that sits face-up in its own area for the whole game and defines which colours a deck may play. Every deck is built around exactly one Leader, so this list doubles as the complete list of decks the game supports.

Leaders are found in booster packs and in starter decks, and many of them have received alternate-art versions at other rarities, which is why a Leader's price can vary enormously between printings.
