How are market movers calculated?
Cards are ranked by percentage price change over the selected time window (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) using daily market price snapshots. Only cards with a minimum price filter you set (default $1) are included so low-value noise is excluded.
What time window does this cover?
The day window compares yesterday's closing price to today's. The week window compares prices from 7 days ago to today. The month window uses a 30-day lookback. All times use UTC and prices update once daily after our market data refresh.
Are Foil and Normal cards tracked separately?
Yes. Foil and Normal variants are priced as separate products and keep separate price histories. A card can appear twice in the movers list if both its Normal and Foil variants moved significantly.
Where does the price data come from?
Prices come from the secondary-market sales data we fetch once a day, refreshed around 4 PM EST. We report observed market prices and do not set them ourselves. WealthFamePower is an independent price tracker and is not affiliated with any card marketplace or retailer.
